Law Practice
Jeff focuses his practice in real estate, banking and finance, and general business matters. He has over two decades of experience in all types of corporate and commercial transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, business and real estate sale and acquisition transactions, real estate and corporate finance, and commercial leasing. Jeff also represents lending institutions and borrowers in secured and unsecured commercial lending transactions, including asset-based financings and mortgage loans, from the preparation and negotiation of initial loan documentation to loan restructurings and modifications.
Jeff began his legal career in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where his practice quickly evolved from business and construction litigation to business and commercial transactions. Jeff has also served as in-house counsel to a real estate development company where he focused on project financings and real estate sales and acquisitions.
Education and Admission
Jeff graduated from Villanova University School of Law in 2005 and is admitted to practice in Oregon, Washington, and Pennsylvania. Jeff has co-authored several articles appearing in various business journals and has spoken at CLE seminars on various business matters.
