Professional Staff

Jan Charles has over 30 years of experience drafting loan documentation and has worked with Valerie Tomasi for the majority of that time. Jan continues to serve our financial institution clients with her exemplary drafting skills while managing the office.   In addition to being devoted to the success of our clients, Jan is passionate about her faith, her family, and her friends.

Scott Keeley is the firm’s Account Specialist, while also helping out around the office with the firm’s IT and tech needs. Scott is passionate about his amazing family and friends, music, playing guitar, and exploring the outdoors.

Megan Pallas is the administrative specialist at Tomasi Bragar DuBay.  She is a recent graduate from Linfield University, and is passionate about her family, friends, and staying active!

Linda Khoury brings 10 years of experience as a legal assistant to the Litigation team led by Eleanor A. DuBay.  Linda grew up in a vibrant Levantine community shaded by the Ponderosa Pines of the Inland Northwest. She keeps herself going with barrels of cold brew coffee, sheets of baqlawa, and park time with her dog.

Marcel Remenar is the newest member of our Land Use and Real Estate team.  He is a certified paralegal with over two decades of legal experience.  Marcel is passionate about his work with public charities.

Associate Attorney

Tomasi Bragar DuBay PC is a 5-lawyer, dynamic law firm in downtown Portland, with a strong commitment to providing excellent services to our financial institution, business, and land use clients, while enjoying a balanced life in the Pacific Northwest.  We seek an associate attorney with at least three (3) years of experience to complement our multiple practice areas including transactional, litigation, debtor/creditor, real estate, land use, and general business.  An attorney with litigation experience and familiarity with loan documents for lenders is a plus.  Strong writing skills are required.  We strongly value congeniality and teamwork among all our employees, and strive to think “outside the box” in our business model.  We have been a majority women-owned firm since we opened our doors in June, 2012, and support diversity in our hiring decisions.  Even if you do not meet all the requirements, we encourage diverse candidates to apply.
