We seek a land use attorney with at least 1-5+ years of land use experience, including assistance in:
- preparing briefs
- drafting permitting documents
- client advocacy before various tribunals.
New attorneys with a land use background or interest will be considered. You will have the opportunity to work on complex land use cases, participate in hearings, argue cases, and assist with real estate matters. Strong research and writing skills are required. Must be licensed with the Oregon State Bar and admittance in Washington is a plus.
