Law Practice

John has more than 30 years experience representing individual and institutional clients in negotiations, documentation of transactions, bankruptcy, and litigation in the state and federal courts of Oregon and Washington. Mr. Weil’s practice focuses on protecting and enforcing the rights of banks, commercial and consumer lenders, and equipment lessors. He represents secured creditors in commercial as well as consumer transactions both in and out of the courtroom.
