Law Practice

Issei Saida’s practice focuses on land use, real estate transactions, and foreclosures. After graduating from law school, Issei worked at one of Tokyo’s largest real estate brokerage firms where he supported a team focused on innovations in customer experience and business practices. He also helped team members understand U.S. real estate practices including: contracts, escrow, title insurance, and alternative dispute resolution.  His legal experience includes major class action lawsuit compliance and small business transactions.  Prior to joining Tomasi Salyer Martin, Issei worked at a real estate brokerage company handling all aspects of residential sales transactions and consulted for international clients on potential investments.
