Emily focuses her practice on land use, loan documentation and real estate transactions. She represents individuals, business and government entities throughout Oregon. Emily’s broad experience includes assisting with litigation involving government contracts, business disputes, and employment discrimination. Prior to joining Tomasi Salyer Martin, Emily worked in private practice at boutique New York land use and real estate firm, and as an independent attorney handling a variety of land use, real estate and litigation matters for firms across Oregon. Emily is also an entrepreneur who co-founded a patient advocacy business connecting low-income patients with funding sources for their prescription medication.
Emily is a member of Oregon Women Lawyers and she co-chairs the OWLS Leadership Committee. When not practicing law, Emily enjoys hiking, biking, rooting for the Thorns, and playing outside with her husband and two young daughters.
