Law Practice

Justin Gabel is a dedicated attorney, focusing on litigation, collections, land use, and environmental law in Oregon and Washington. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to fairness, Justin strives for equitable resolutions for all parties involved.

Before joining Tomasi Bragar DuBay, Justin gained valuable experience as a clerk with the Oregon Department of Justice’s Special Litigation Unit and another Portland-area litigation firm, where he honed his skills in document review, motion drafting, and oral argument.

Education

A New York City native, Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Earth and Atmospheric Sciences from the City College of New York. Justin moved to Portland to pursue a legal education at Lewis & Clark Law School, obtaining a Certificate in Environmental Law and Natural Resources. During his time at Lewis & Clark, Justin served as an Executive Editor for the Animal Law Review and clerked with the Center for Animal Law Studies.

Personal

When he’s not immersed in legal matters, Justin enjoys running, crafting cocktails, riding his motorcycle, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife and daughter.
