Law Practice
Felix’s practice is focused on consumer and commercial collection matters, judgment enforcement, real estate foreclosures, and secured transactions. He has represented clients efficiently in collection-related matters.
Prior to joining Tomasi Bragar DuBay, Felix interned with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Enforcement Division, Oregon Consumer Justice, and the Global Law Alliance during his time in law school; gaining hands on experience with the life cycle of the law from policy promotion and legislation drafting to implementation and enforcement.
Education and Admissions
Felix received his B.A. at Cornell University (2021) in Government with a focus in International Relations and Law & Society. While at Cornell, he was a proud member and president of the Varsity Polo team. He obtained his J.D. and a certificate in International Law with distinction at Lewis and Clark Law School (2025) where he graduated Cum Laude. During law school, Felix was an associate editor of the Animal Law Review and board member of Phi Alpha Delta.
Felix is admitted to practice law in Oregon.
