Law Practice
Emily’s practice is focused on representing financial institutions and businesses in real estate and financial transactions, and loan documentation. Her practice has also included land use and civil litigation. Emily’s broad experience includes assisting with litigation involving government contracts, business disputes, and employment discrimination. Prior to joining Tomasi Bragar DuBay, Emily worked as an associate with Zarin & Steinmetz, a New York land use and real estate firm, and as an independent attorney handling a variety of land use, real estate and litigation matters for firms across Oregon. Emily is also an entrepreneur who co-founded a patient advocacy business.

Community Involvement & Personal
Emily is a member of Oregon Women Lawyers and she chairs the OWLS Leadership Committee. She is also a member of the Debtor-Creditor Section and the Real Estate and Land Use Section of the Oregon State Bar. When not practicing law, Emily enjoys hiking, biking, rooting for the Thorns, and playing outside with her husband and two young daughters.
