Blake’s civil litigation practice includes real estate, business, debtor-creditor, collections, and landlord-tenant matters, and offers a broad range of services to our financial, business, and landlord clients. She represents clients throughout Oregon and Washington, handling cases in state, federal, bankruptcy and appellate courts. Blake’s commercial and consumer litigation practice includes debtor-creditor actions, business torts and fraud claims, and shareholder and LLC disputes. She also supports the firm in real estate transactions and land use matters. Before joining Tomasi Bragar Dubay, Blake practiced family law throughout Southwest Washington and Oregon, focusing her practice on complex high-asset dissolution cases often involving business and real estate issues.
